I unwrapped the wallet and then put it in my purse so that I could transfer the contents of my old wallet into it. The next day, I pulled the wallet out of my purse and the surface of the wallet had come off in multiple places! I didn't even use the wallet and it looks terrible. I received as a gift from my husband. When I tried to return/exchange it, the Montana West website wouldn't allow me to proceed. I am very disappointed to say the least.
