Shipping Policy

We strive to process and dispatch your order within 72 hours from our facility. However, during peak times around the HOLIDAY SEASONS (October, November, December, and January), please allow an additional 3 business days for processing. Please note that this timeframe DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 9 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. If you place an order after 9 PM EST on Friday, processing will begin on the following business day. Please refer to the chart below for estimated shipping rates and delivery times.

We ship from multiple warehouse locations to provide faster and more efficient order fulfillment. Depending on product availability, your order may be split into separate shipments and arrive in multiple packages.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your package has been dispatched and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's schedule and circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Currently, online shipping is available to Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

If you are located outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico and would like to place an order, please contact our customer service team at info@montana-west.com before purchasing. We will be happy to check shipping availability and available options for your destination.

For international standard shipping, orders may be delivered by the local postal service or carrier in the destination country. A signature may be required upon delivery, so we recommend choosing an address where someone is available during business hours.

For failed deliveries and non-receipts, if you have not received your package after receiving a delivery notification, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification. We will assist in investigating the issue and arrange for a reshipment if necessary. Please note that if the issue is not reported within 7 days, we reserve the right to decline further assistance.

How Are Taxes and Duties Calculated?

All international orders are shipped as Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes required by the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship international packages DDU (delivery and duties unpaid), which means we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout and cannot predict the exact charges that may apply.

If additional charges are required, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs. Some destinations may also require additional fees to be paid directly to the local carrier upon delivery. These fees are not collected by Montana West.

Customs authorities may require us to declare the value of your order on the package. Customs authorities have the right to release, hold, or deny the release of a package, which may occasionally result in delivery delays.

Returns resulting from an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery, failure to retrieve a package, or refusal to pay applicable duties and taxes may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
