Purchases made after 9 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item, so please choose an address where someone is available during business hours.
For failed deliveries and non-receipts, if you have not received the product after receiving the delivery notification, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery notification. We will assist in investigating the issue and arrange for a reshipment if necessary. Please note that if you do not report the issue within 7 days of receiving the delivery notification, we reserve the right to refuse further assistance.
All orders are shipped as Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU). As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (delivery and duties unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees to be paid to Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Montana West.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Returns initiated due to the wrong shipping address, delivery failure, customer's failure to retrieve package, or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item price, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
*EXPRESS SHIPPING COSTS and TAX/DUTIES will NOT be refunded in any circumstances.
