Return & Exchange
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Montana West. If you are not satisfied, We offer 30-day free returns/exchanges for US customers who purchased a return Insurance.
- Return / Exchanges are ONLY accepted for items purchased from www.montana-west.com.
- Return / Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items, free gifts or Gift cards.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings.
- Each order can be returned/reshipped ONCE only.
- Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging (where applicable).
- Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package.
- Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition/used/washed/product tag is removed/damaged.
- Returns initiated due to the wrong shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item price, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
