We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Montana West. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 90-day free returns/exchanges for U.S. customers who purchased Return Protection, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Please note: Returns are currently ONLY accepted for customers located within the United States. We cannot process international returns. Return Protection is available for eligible U.S. orders only and cannot be utilized for international shipments.

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please submit your return or exchange request through the appropriate portal based on your order date:

  • Orders placed on or after August 26, 2026: Please submit your request through the Seel Resolution Center.
  • Orders placed before August 26, 2026: Please continue to submit your request through the Redo Portal.

Submitting your request through the correct portal allows us to route your return to the designated processing center and provide the appropriate return instructions.

DO NOT return items directly to the sender's address shown on your package, as we are unable to receive or process returns sent outside the designated return process. We are not responsible for lost returns that are not submitted through the appropriate return portal.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds & Store Credit

After the returned package is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue a store credit worth 100% of the original product price within 24 hours. The store credit can be used toward future purchases with no minimum purchase requirement.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method instead, please contact us at support@montana-west.com to deactivate the store credit and request a refund.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns / Exchanges are ONLY accepted for items purchased from www.montana-west.com.
  • Returns are currently ONLY accepted for customers located within the United States.
  • Returns / Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items, final sale items, mystery boxes, free gifts, or gift cards.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any type of earrings.
  • Each order can be returned or reshipped ONCE only.
  • Returns must be submitted and mailed within 90 days from the date the order is marked as delivered. Merchandise must be unworn, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging where applicable.
  • Lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, clear photos showing the item and the issue must be provided when submitting the request. Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for reshipment or refund. Montana West reserves the right to review each claim and determine eligibility for reshipment, replacement, or refund based on the circumstances of the order. If a courtesy reshipment or replacement is issued, the replacement order is considered final and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Once the returned package is received, our warehouse will process the return and you will be notified via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition, has been used or washed, has had its product tags removed, or has been damaged.
  • Returns initiated due to an incorrect shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the item price. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
