We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Montana West. If you are not satisfied, We offer 30-day free returns/exchanges for US customers who purchased a return Insurance.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please submit all return requests through our Redo Portal. This allows us to route your items to our designated return processing center. DO NOT return items to the sender's address, as we are unable to receive or process returns sent directly to us. We are not responsible for any lost returns that are not submitted through the proper channel.

By using the Redo Portal, you'll receive immediate return instructions, a prepaid label (if applicable), and faster refunds or exchanges.
  • Return / Exchanges are ONLY accepted for items purchased from www.montana-west.com.
  • Return / Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items, free gifts or Gift cards.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings.
  • Each order can be returned/reshipped ONCE only.
  • Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging (where applicable).
  • Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package.
  • Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition/used/washed/product tag is removed/damaged.
  • Returns initiated due to the wrong shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item price, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
*ALL EXPRESS SHIPPING COSTS and DUTIES/TAX will not be refunded.
