Returns & Exchanges

At Montana West World, we care the satisfaction of every customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or refund, if you have any further question please contact our online customer service. Remember to keep your tracking number as an evidence. Refunding will be processed to your original form of payment when we receive items within 7 days.
Return shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the provided return label that we provide, then ship the return package postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date.
If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the return label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
All items must be sellable with original tags and packaging. Returns on used items will NOT be processed.
Please follow the easy steps below: Submit your return to support@montanawestworld.us along with the invoice or order number.
- Carefully repack your product and include the form in the box.
- Once we receive your package, our warehouse will check the item and then process the return or exchange.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image of the entire item and a detailed image of the damaged part.

- The return shipping needs to be borne by the buyer
Return packages must match shipping or billing address listed on invoice. Please make sure to include a sheet of paper with instructions (Do you want to exchange or return the item for refund, etc.) and address your package to:
