The purse came in a timely manner and it is great. Love the blue color and finish. The various compartments keep things organized and easy to find my items.

First let me say this is a beautiful purse. Has many pockets that I love. Much bigger than I expected & normally carry. However, it is heavy even before I add my extras. I was so looking forward to using this as I bought it for vacation. I had to bring along a smaller light weight purse to carry when out sightseeing. This is why the 3 stars.

I usually don't buy expensive purses but I loved the look of this purse so I purchased it. I didn't start carrying it right away because I was out of the country. I returned home carried it for three months and the strap came unstitched. I never carried my weapon in the purse either. I called customer service and of course the return date had passed. They said our purses are usually better quality than that BUT they refused to help me. Very disappointed with a company that brags so highly about their products but don't back them up. Maybe someone will see this at the company and realize something should be done to help me.
