Not Happy

I have given my products away because when I first received my items 2-3 weeks after ordering, it was wrong. I sent the wrong item back which they received in 1-2 days (how convenient), they then said they were sending me the correct item in which I had to wait another 2-3 weeks to receive and once again it was wrong. I called and advised it was wrong once again and I was told that I would have to pay to get the correct one sent to me. I had to speak with supervisor and they sent the correct item that I had to wait 2-3 weeks to receive even though none of this was my fault. I don't think I will shop at Montana West again after what I went through. It took me 2 months and a talk with a supervisor to get the correct items.
