I wish there was more space inside, roomier etc. It would be great if inner pocket was a zipper so it felt more secure, I guess its more of a lap top storage area with a really big velcro strap that's basically useless and just gets in the way. Considered cutting it out. I bought this bag for the gun holster with the intention of it being my everyday everything bag but it barely works/fits what I need for work and non work days. The straps are good quality sturdy material and easy to use.

Love this backpack purse however there is no way to use the straps provided and actually use it as a backpack. Too large to use as an everyday purse. Disappointed with it but waited too long to return it. Great quality bag and made well just wish I could have use it as described.
