I purchased this item and this was my first ever purchase with Montana West. I was really excited and was very much looking forward to getting my bag. Unfortunately when I did there was a large glob of glue on the bag and I wasn’t sure what it was but when I tried to brush it away it started to peel the finish off the edge of the bag.
I am saddened with the quality of the bag and also the lack of communication that has transpired. I was told that they would send my new bag and then to send the other back.
I did not wait to send their bag back, however I waited several days and I didn’t hear anything. I reached out and was finally updated and told that I would need to wait until they received the defective item before my new product was sent out, it have been in total over 2 weeks since my initial order and this is so disappointing. I just today got word they were ready to do the exchange.
Also when I first attempted to complete the exchange process via the link I was sent , the link errored out.
In sum PLEASE make you process much more customer friendly and also Communicate when we email you. I really had high hopes for being a return customer, but as on right now I am really disappointed.

This fanny pack has replaced my purse! Great material and holds a lot! Fits well and pictures are as described! It is comfortable and has adjustable belt! I am 5’4 and 170 it fits with no issues and doesn’t loosen up with walking or bending! The zipper is intact and there were no defects in the stitching or material! Excellent price and an excellent buy! I olan on ordering one in each color! Super convenient and durable!
