Busy Holiday Seasons and mix-ups fixed right away
Hey there Fellow Purse Lovers- I feel bad, When I see things like Stuff Broke off or too thin. I Think that was just a fluck..(a New Style imperfection) that needs to be worked out. Not at all a reflection on Montana West's Quality. I bought multiple purses, During the Holiday's and there was an issue. I called Customer Service right Away. They were very Pleasant and gave me Multiple choices, on how I would like to take care of the Issue. When they say they want their Customers Happy, that is what they mean.
It was a larger order, so I also got a Free purse & Necklace Set!
