First off, I got the spare stars I ordered, and they are perfect, I’m very happy with them. My feedback would be that I’d like to see a button where I could order specific pieces just through the website, as opposed to having to email back and forth with customer service first (I had to send pictures to get the right ones and such) I appreciate the time of the person who I spoke with, however, it would be much easier if I could simply order it myself

Customer service is virtually non existent! They sent the wrong item in my order and I have emailed 5 times with no response! I also called but get a message telling me the mailbox is full! I don’t believe I will be buying anything from them in the future!
U needed to inform us which one u need before u ordered or left a comment in which style u gonna put. And we clearly state that on the description and title since we have many different types of replacement. And your order was placed on the weekend, we felt sorry that missed your message. Will contact u asap.
